A valuer is a professional who carries out inspections to help determine the current market value of a business property or a business. 

Although the role of valuer can sometimes be undertaken by an accountant or a qualified surveyor, the special needs of the pharmaceutical sector make specialist knowledge essential.

When do you need a specialist valuer?
