YOUR PRACTICE MAY NEED AN EXPERT VALUER - FIND THEM HERE
Working together for chemist and pharmacy retailers
Getting accurate valuations and costings for your pharmacy or chemists shop is essential when you are planning a sale, acquisition or merger, or simply seeking funding
Your pharmacy practice is a commercial concern, and has considerable value - but arriving at a fair value for it may be far from easy.
Specialist skills and understanding of the profession - and the retail realities - are necessary. Only experienced valuers with knowledge of the sector and up-to-date awareness of current transactions can provide the reasoned and informed advice you need.
At Rangewell, we can introduce you to the surveyors and valuers whose work for the sector is recognised by the profession itself - and will be accepted by banks, institutions and industry operators.
Having a professional valuation may be vital for your business plans and for the future of your practice.

A valuer is a professional who carries out inspections to help determine the current market value of a business property or a business.
Although the role of valuer can sometimes be undertaken by an accountant or a qualified surveyor, the special needs of the pharmaceutical sector make specialist knowledge essential.
When do you need a specialist valuer?
A business valuation - as opposed to a property valuation - will estimate the economic value of a business as a going concern.
This type of valuation is used by potential buyers to determine the price they are willing to pay for a business. Valuers may also be called in by the vendor when a business sale is contemplated.
In addition, lending institutions who may be considering funding a business purchase may call in a valuer to make an independent assessment of the worth of a particular business.
A valuation process may also be required to resolve disputes relating to estates and taxation, divorce litigation and also for estimating the value of partners' ownership interest for during disagreements. In all cases, the valuer must have an expert understanding of the chemist shop and pharmacy sector in order to fully appreciate the value and the potential of a business.
Our directory includes the values with the special knowledge required.
